You pay the exact same when you book your travel with us, as you would if you booked on your own. Each quote request is reviewed carefully and is sorted to tadvisor whose professional expertise and personal experiences will best suit your needs for travel accommodations. If you want to request a specific travel advisor, feel free to leave it in the notes.

All payments will be processed through our software VCRM- this is a secure way to collect your financial information so we can process payment directly with suppliers.

Each supplier has specific terms and conditions regarding payments and payment plans. Most suppliers require a deposit and have a strict final payment date. If travel is last minute full payment may be required and additional authorizations may need to be completed to prevent fraudulent bookings. If payment plans are available it will be discussed with each individual travel party based on the vacation package they are interested in.
