Requirements
Our agency prides itself on having a thorough training program that can truly help our new advisors build and develop a successful business. You will work and train with our wonderful partnered suppliers like Disney, Universal Studios, Sandals, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages and so many more! However, there is a minimum requirement we enforce for any new applicant to move forward with our company. These requirements ensure that any clients our future advisors work with will receive not only industry provided information, but also personalized recommendations and the custom touches of an advisor with first hand experience with our preferred destinations and suppliers.
Walt Disney World vacation experience: 3 on property resort stays / vacations in the past 5 years. (If you are solely interested in selling non- Disney destinations please feel free to apply and mention that on your application. We understand Disney is not every advisor’s niche)!
We prefer you have travel experience to different destinations as well: cruises, all inclusive resorts, Europe, etc.
Able to pass a background check.
Must be willing to invest time into your business. We will provide you with the training you need but if you cannot put in the time to implement marketing strategies and find clientele then you will not be successful.
You must have an entrepreneurial spirit. As a 1099 independent contractor ultimately this is your own business to grow. Part of selling travel is being able to market yourself and your services well.
Ability to continue traveling to new destinations / resorts to widen your expert portfolio.
Willing to travel solo for training / FAM opportunity trips.
Must have strong Social Media and marketing skills.
Must have strong computer, spelling & vocabulary skills.
Positive and kind attitude. We are building a team to support each other, not compete against each other.
